• If you win a prize that involves us using your name (one Forename and Surname) that we can use it on all or any of the following:
  • Perimeter boards at one or more football matches.
  • The website www.nationwidefootball.co.uk
  • Television programme advertising around football games covered live and/or by highlights and/or footage used at matches.
  • Match day programme advertising.
  • In any publicity around a game.

We may use your name as many or as few times as we decide and there is no minimum or maximum number of times your name will appear.

If you no longer wish your name to be used then you can write to Sponsorship B2, Nationwide House, Nationwide Building Society, Pipers Way, Swindon SN38 2SN giving us at least one month's notice.

Prize Draw Rules

1. You must register with your name, address, postcode, phone number, email address, date of birth and country supported at www.nationwidefootball.co.uk
2. The closing date for entry is 10.00am on 13 July 2009.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary.
4. The prize draw is only open to Nationwide customers who hold a Nationwide account, including insurance.
5. The prize draw is not open to Nationwide Group employees or their appointed agents.
6. All entries must be completed online.
7. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
8. The winning entries will be drawn at random after the closing date.
9. The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone after 10.00am on 14 July 2009.
10. There is no cash or other alternatives to the prizes stated.
11. All prizes are non-transferable and match tickets cannot be sold.
